DREAMS offers a comprehensive Career Exploration Program designed to help clients navigate the path between aspirational interests and realistic career goals. Originally developed in 1999 through the Youth Transition Program, our approach has evolved to meet the changing demands of today’s labor market.
Clients explore all 16 national career clusters and their various career branches, while also examining current job market trends, future outlooks, and retention factors. Our program is structured around four key phases:

3. Developing a Career Plan

Through this guided process, clients gain clarity, direction, and the tools needed to make informed career decisions aligned with both their abilities and aspirations.
