Our Journey

DREAMS LLC was officially established in January 2024 to address a vital need: supporting students with disabilities in accessing meaningful employment opportunities. Though the company is newly formed, our mission has been over thirty years in the making. Our goal is to offer a seamless continuum of services that empower individuals with disabilities to realize their full potential and thrive in their chosen careers.

Co-Founder

In July 2023, Douglas officially retired through the Arizona State Retirement System. However, his commitment to the field and to students with disabilities brought him back to the classroom, where he continues to serve as a special education teacher.
