Job Development Retention (JDR)

At DREAMS, we focus on matching each client’s skills, interests, and motivation with the right employment opportunity. Our trusted connections in the business community allow us to create meaningful job placements where clients can thrive. We support clients through every stage—from applications on platforms like Indeed and ZipRecruiter to interview preparation and on-the-job coaching.

We also assist with disability disclosure when appropriate and provide short-term, on-site support when job roles shift or management changes. During the summer, we offer group-supported employment to further build experience.

To ensure long-term success, we provide follow-up support at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months after placement, keeping vocational rehabilitation counselors informed and continuing services until the client reaches successful closure.
