Our Trial Work Experience (TWE) service is a client-centered evaluation designed to assess strengths, challenges, and workplace readiness. Each placement is guided by detailed task analysis and tailored accommodations based on individual needs. Prior to placement, we conduct comprehensive interviews and gather supporting data, along with an Environmental Job Assessment to ensure the selected worksite is a suitable match.
TWE placements occur in integrated settings that engage visual, tactile, and auditory senses, offering a realistic work environment. Clients typically participate in 3-hour sessions, up to three days per week—allowing them to build stamina and focus while giving our team the opportunity to observe performance and provide consistent, meaningful feedback.
